В своем видеообращении Владимир Путин подчеркнул, что ничто не сможет разъединить русский народ. Президент также объявил, что очевидно, что мы столкнулись не просто с тщательно спланированным терактом, а с организованным, спланированным и подготовленным массовым убийством людей.
Владимир Путин отметил, что каждого, кто стоял за этим терактом, ждет возмездие. Завтрашний день в России объявлен днем траура.

West Texas Intermediate Crude oil futures for November rose $0.68 or 0.9 percent at 73.98 a barrel. WTI Crude futures gained 2.8 percent for the week.
